You will be paid each time you complete a questionnaire, via mailed check or deposit to your bank account, after it is determined that you completed the questionnaire in the agreed upon manner. When a new questionnaire is available for you to complete, you will be told the exact amount you will be paid for that questionnaire - compensation ranges between $80 and $90 per person, per questionnaire.
